Jerome started as a freelance commercial artist, from New Roads, Louisiana. Mastered fine arts and commercial art skills under the direction of reknowned sculptists and artists such as Eugene Sherburne, Frank Hayden and Al Lavergne; 1985 Graduate of Southern University and A & M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
